These Terms apply to all users, including individual users and entities that access the Services on behalf of an organization. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Expansioner Tech provides AI-powered financial intelligence, data analytics, automated reporting, risk management, and related services. The specific features and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with reasonable notice when possible. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

To access certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. You may not use the Services in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, reverse engineer or decompile any software, or use automated tools to scrape or extract data beyond what is permitted by your subscription.

You may not use the Services to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any activity that infringes on the rights of others or violates any applicable law or regulation.

The Services, including all software, algorithms, AI models, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by Expansioner Tech or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property.

You retain ownership of the data you upload to the platform. By using the Services, you grant Expansioner Tech a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Services to you.

AI-generated outputs, including reports, analyses, and insights, are provided to you for your use subject to your subscription terms. Expansioner Tech retains the right to use aggregated, de-identified data to improve its AI models and services.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload to the platform complies with applicable data protection laws and that you have the necessary rights and consents to share such data with us.

Certain Services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. Fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

We may change our pricing with 30 days' written notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Failure to pay fees when due may result in suspension or termination of your access to the Services.

We strive to maintain 99.9% platform availability, as outlined in our Service Level Agreement (SLA). Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

Enterprise clients receive dedicated support as specified in their subscription agreement. Standard support is available to all users through our contact channels during business hours.

The Services, including AI-generated outputs, are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated financial intelligence should not be considered as financial advice and should be validated independently.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Expansioner Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use poses a risk to the platform or other users.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will retain your data for a reasonable period to allow you to export it, after which it will be securely deleted.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, unless both parties agree to alternative dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
